I continually strive to provide each student with active opportunities to expand individual academic skills in order to maximize their potential. I work with colleagues and educational leaders to encourage the same with emphasis on safety and equity for all students. I accomplish this through a variety of research-based methodologies and modeling that is enhanced through my personal experience and being a life-long learner.
